The Vanguard® V2 screen is an innovative, self-cleaning screen for use in the head works of a waste treatment plant or any facility where efficient screening is needed to reduce maintenance on downstream equipment. The Vanguard screen does not use double-link conveyor chain to support the screening belt, thus making it lighter, more efficient and requiring much less maintenance over the course of its lifecycle. The acetal resin elements have a higher degree of flexibility than similar products on the market and do not break under normal operating conditions. The Vanguard is available in both single and double wide screens for channels up to 8- feet wide. |
